Job summary

Majesco is at the forefront of AI-native, cloud insurance technology. We seek a Product Manager, P&C Portfolio, to shape cross-product initiatives across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI.

You’ll build data-driven business cases, guide senior analysts, and translate complex priorities into investment decisions for next-gen insurance platforms. You will influence portfolio health and roadmap execution, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, while communicating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related analytical role in P&C insurance tech, insurtech, or SaaS.
• Strong business case development and financial modeling to defend investments with data.
• Experience mentoring at least one direct report or readiness to assume people leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple product lines and stakeholders without owning a single backlog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including customer and senior leadership presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Technology; MBA a plus; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI within the P&C portfolio.
• Define cross-product initiatives and epics with visibility into portfolio health and dependencies.
• Build business cases for major roadmap investments using defensible metrics (e.g., win rate, revenue, NPS).
• Manage and develop a Senior Product Analyst for portfolio analysis and support.
• Prepare data-driven portfolio narratives for executive, customer, and analyst engagements.
• Present product capabilities and roadmap direction to customers, communicating value clearly.
