Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp. is seeking a Risk Lead to provide independent risk oversight across EPC pursuits and projects. The role focuses on Execution, Cost, or Technical risk with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 30% is expected, and the position offers a remote work option with Houston reporting and a Monday–Friday schedule. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Significant field experience may be considered for execution-focused assignments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess material project risks across EPC pursuits and projects.
• Challenge risk plans with evidence and management input to ensure ownership and accountability.
• Review estimates, budgets, and contingencies to quantify material cost exposure.
• Identify design, construction, and technical risks and suggest mitigation actions.
