The Risk Lead reports to the Director of Project Risk Management and works remotely, with travel up to 30% and standard office hours. Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, accounting, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant EPC risk, construction, project management, engineering, estimating, project controls, or related discipline.
• Ability to travel to offices, factories, and active project sites; work in construction environments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess material project risks, interfaces, triggers, impacts, owners, and response plans across EPC pursuits and projects.
• Challenge execution, cost, and technical mitigation actions for feasibility, ownership, timing, evidence, and measurable impact.
• Provide independent risk input to proposals, reviews, and leadership decisions with concise documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate with teams and capture lessons learned to improve risk management processes.
