Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related Renewable Energy field.
• Min 3 years EPC experience in renewable energy projects.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel at least 30%.
• Experience working internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procedures for project cost and schedule reporting.
• Prepare schedules, cost estimates, BOMs, budgets, scopes, and supplier quotes.
• Coordinate information flow between projects and office teams.
• Monitor multiple EPC projects and manage risks.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on engineering progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Support strategy and planning through market and project analysis.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and reporting requirements.
