Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Program Manager to scale Revenue Operations, driving cross-functional programs, streamlining processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that accelerate SaaS revenue growth. You’ll translate strategic priorities into structured plans and keep teams aligned to minimize blockers.

You will run status meetings, manage risks, and establish governance for RevOps, Sales, CS, and Marketing. Strong communication and Jira/Asana/Monday experience are needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or operations, ideally RevOps/GTM.
• Proven track record running cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing program governance from scratch.
• Comfortable managing risk logs, mitigation plans, and escalations.
• Excellent communication across Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Data-driven; able to define and track program success metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Asana or Monday.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification a plus.
• Experience in B2B SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities
