Job summary

Horizon3.ai seeks a RevOps Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Revenue Operations and the broader business. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, align stakeholders, and manage risks from definition through implementation.

As an early member of the Strategy & Program team, you will help establish PM practices within Revenue Operations, partnering with Sales, Systems, Deal Desk, Customer Ops, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in project/program/business operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including updates to senior leaders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where processes are not fully defined.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to implementation and closeout with minimal direction.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies and success measures.
• Establish governance, cadences, decision structures and stakeholder engagement models.
• Coordinate work across Revenue Operations functions and broader organization; manage multiple initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready project updates and ensure leadership visibility into progress and risks.
