Job summary

Loop is hiring a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to scale and strengthen its Go-To-Market organization as it grows. You will lead an established RevOps team, reporting to the CRO, and drive analytics, forecasting, and systems across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.

You will build dashboards, optimize data architecture, and partner with Finance to improve unit economics while advancing AI-driven tools. This is a high-visibility role with broad cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading RevOps or GTM operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Analytics, Reporting, and Business Insights across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
• Own forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, and performance management with Finance on unit economics.
• Build executive dashboards and models as the single source of truth for GTM metrics.
• Scale GTM systems and RevOps technology including Salesforce and adjacent tools.
• Develop processes, documentation, and training for consistent execution across GTM teams.
• Define SLAs across the merchant journey and drive enablement for rapid scaling.
• Lead RevOps strategy, roadmap, and partnership with GTM leadership and Finance.
