Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to architect the company’s commercial operating system and enable scalable revenue growth. You will own the full revenue engine spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, shaping planning, measurement, and execution with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations with leadership in SaaS.
• Experience scaling revenue across Enterprise to Mid-Market.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
• Proficient with Salesforce and modern GTM tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial operating model across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to scale revenue.
• Partner with CEO, CFO, and GTM leadership on revenue strategy, planning, forecasting, and growth.
• Lead territory design, segmentation, quota setting, capacity, and headcount planning.
• Establish the operating cadence for forecasting, reviews, and executive reporting.
• Build data, analytics, and systems to provide a trusted view of pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Oversee evolution of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, at scale.
• Drive AI transformation of Revenue Operations to raise productivity and decision quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and CS to ensure consistent processes.
• Continuously improve the revenue funnel from pipeline to renewals.
• Build and lead a world-class RevOps organization for ElevenLabs' growth.
