Jobgether is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to own and optimize the GTM tech ecosystem, including Salesforce and connected platforms. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and data-driven improvements.

You will lead projects from scoping to delivery, build automation, ensure data integrity, and enable teams to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Revenue Operations.
• Strong Salesforce admin skills including configuration, Flows, data modeling & reporting.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Gong, Sales Navigator, Cloudingo & LeanData.
• Strong SQL & data analysis capabilities for quality investigations.
• Experience with BI/data platforms like Looker, Snowflake & Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Analytical, curious, evidence-driven mindset with data-backed decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
