Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Specialist to own and optimize the revenue technology stack, spanning Salesforce, Gainsight, and Accord. You will drive data models, automation, and reporting while partnering with Sales, CS, and Marketing to deliver scalable solutions for pre‑ and post‑sale processes.

You will lead integrations, migrations, and platform evolution, applying an owner mindset and AI‑fluent approaches to enrich the revenue stack.

Qualifications

Several years in revenue operations or platform administration.
Deep hands‑on Salesforce administration experience.
Experience with Gainsight or comparable post‑sale platform.
Experience standing up integrations and end‑to‑end migrations.
Ability to own a project from scoping to adoption and documentation.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce data model, declarative automation, validation, and reporting.
Administer Gainsight and Accord post‑sale platforms and manage journeys and surveys.
Own integrations between Salesforce, Gainsight, and the rest of the stack.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing to deliver solutions.
Lead platform migration and consolidation with data movement and cutover.
Document builds and drive automation and self‑service over time.
Identify stack opportunities and risks and advocate for improvements.
Handle additional projects as business needs require.
