Jobgether is listing a Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations for a partner company based in the United States. The role focuses on optimizing revenue operations across the client lifecycle, leveraging NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI to drive growth and improve data accuracy.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and executives to design scalable processes, reporting, and governance frameworks that enhance retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Systems, Process Improvement, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading business process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of revenue-generating organizations: sales, client lifecycle, recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes, systems, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support client growth and strengthen revenue engine.
• Provide sales operations support for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and churn reduction.
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, renewal, product, and activity information across revenue systems.
• Prepare dashboards and recurring reports for Sales, Client Success, and leadership.
• Design and implement workflows and data flows between NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Translate business requirements into actionable system enhancements and reporting specifications.
• Support forecasting improvements, KPI development, and AI/automation initiatives.
