Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle strategy aligning objectives with financial goals.
• Oversee patient eligibility, billing, accounts receivable, and claims management.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance.
• Document processes, design workflow trees, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Analyze outstanding claims, denials, reimbursement trends, and collection performance.
• Develop financial models to evaluate returns and resource allocation.
• Oversee workforce management reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and payer requirements.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to streamline billing.
• Coach and develop managers and teams to improve accountability.
• Present insights and forecasts to stakeholders and leadership.
