Cetera seeks a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive growth in employer-sponsored retirement plans. You will leverage product knowledge, industry insight, and internal resources to guide opportunities, educate advisors, and close deals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in finance
• 5+ years in retirement plan sales, consulting, or advisor-facing roles preferred
• FINRA Series 65 required or equivalent
• Strong prospecting and closing skills, sales planning, and market knowledge
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to hit retirement plan sales and asset targets.
• Develop territory sales plan to build pipeline and promote Cetera 401(k) solution.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Build advisor relationships through calls, web meetings, and in-person sessions.
• Support proposal generation and prep for client meetings.
• Advise on retirement plan products and defined contribution opportunities.
• Assist advisors with practice management and growth strategies.
• Document sales activity and campaigns to drive growth and awareness.
