Zusammenfassung

Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive growth of employer-sponsored retirement plan business. You will develop and maintain advisor relationships across the Southeast and Northeast, drawing on retirement plan product knowledge and internal resources.

The role requires strong prospecting, closing skills, and deep industry insight to meet sales and asset growth targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus several years in retirement plan sales or advisor-facing roles.
• Must have strong prospecting and closing skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with defined contribution retirement plan sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools highly desired.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with advisors.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to build pipeline for Cetera 401(k) solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Build and maintain advisor relationships via phone, web, and in-person meetings.
• Support proposal generation for client meetings and at-point-of-sale discussions.
• Provide product and solution consulting on employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Assist advisors with practice management and growth strategies.
• Document sales activity, calls, meetings, and campaigns to promote growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support advisor needs and opportunities.
