Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will manage end-to-end retail software implementations, own project plans and risks, and partner with product and technical teams to turn fashion retail requirements into practical solutions. Travel is regularly required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Experience in fashion and apparel retail—planning, merchandising, allocation, or replenishment.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with minimal direct team support.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in a senior IC role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with confidence.
