Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Fashion Retail Delivery Lead to guide complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live. You’ll own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail operations (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimization).
• Track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to navigate complex projects with strong delivery judgment and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
