Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to own a broad portfolio of renewal contracts across Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and other manufacturers. You will build a data-driven renewal forecast and provide Myriad's sales team with leading indicators around upcoming renewal opportunities.

The role requires outstanding communication, strong collaboration with partner relationships, and the ability to generate timely 30-, 60-, and 90-day renewal quotes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• General sales and business acumen preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Quote Presentation) preferred.
• Experience with manufacturer programs and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals.
• Build outstanding partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, ISV renewal peers.
• Work with sales and channel operations to generate 30-, 60-, and 90-days in advance renewal quotes.
• Work with customers to transact and consolidate upcoming renewals.
• Maximize eligibility and attainment of key manufacturer renewal incentives (rebates, SPIFs, MOUs).
• Inform and educate internal stakeholders on renewal opportunities and program offerings.
• Assist clients via phone and email with quote/support questions.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
