You will run reports, analyze customer asset data, and generate service quotes in Salesforce, supported by data tools like Incorta, C360, and Tableau.

You will collaborate with Sales, marketing and delivery teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables in a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience using Salesforce, Excel, Oracle and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage complex sales processes and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely and accurate deliverables.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative work style with sales, marketing and delivery teams.
• This is a non-technical position.

Responsibilities

• Generate service quotes in Salesforce and manage reports across Incorta, C360 and Tableau.
• Analyze data and provide guidance to Renewals Services Sales Team.
• Coordinate with Sales, marketing and delivery teams to maximize results.
• Assist with training and guidance for the renewal sales organization.
