Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Renewals Sales Process Specialist to support the Renewals Sales Organization in post-sales services for Keysight hardware and software. This non-technical role requires strong process, data, and reporting capabilities, with collaboration across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

You will generate service quotes, run reports, and help resolve complex issues while working with a global remote team.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience with Salesforce, Excel, Oracle and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple projects simultaneously with timely, accurate deliverables.
• Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate service quotes in Salesforce (S&R or Transaction Manager).
• Create and analyze reports using Incorta, C360 and Tableau.
• Provide guidance to Renewals Services Sales Team and coordinate with internal resources.
• Support training and onboarding for renewal sales organization as needed.
