Job summary

Oneleet is seeking a Renewals Manager to own the full renewals cycle and lead conversations with clients. You will build the renewals process from the ground up and develop reporting to provide insight into retention goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in renewals or account management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building reporting and forecasting from the ground up.
• Comfortable turning messy data into clean, reliable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full renewals cycle and lead renewal conversations.
• Build the renewals process from scratch, including timelines and escalation paths.
• Develop an early-warning system for at-risk accounts.

Skills

3+ years in renewals, account management, or post-sale revenue role

Strong with spreadsheets and CRM tooling

Strong negotiation and commercial instincts
