Motive, a leader in enabling safer, more productive operations, is seeking a Senior Recruiter focused on Tech and G&A to partner with hiring managers and build high-performing teams across Engineering, Product, Data, and corporate functions. This is a remote role within the United States.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, drive hiring strategy, and create exceptional candidate experiences while partnering with leaders across the company in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and G&A/business functions.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments.
• Strong ability to assess technical candidates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with high volume requisitions and diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and define profiles.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Tech and G&A roles across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain pipelines through targeted sourcing and networking.
• Manage multiple requisitions with competing timelines and needs.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Measure progress using data and ATS insights to optimize strategy.
