Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
• Experience leading structured, equitable hiring practices (rubrics, screening criteria).
• Comfort with fast-moving, evolving environments and multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles from kickoff to offer.
• Review inbound applicants, source talent, and conduct initial screens.
• Clarify role needs with hiring managers and maintain momentum in searches.
• Deliver a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate and support interviews, gather feedback, and help hiring decisions.
• Track progress and outcomes to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, including AI-driven practices.
• Continuously optimize recruitment systems and tools.
