Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including Tech and G&A
• Experience recruiting in technology, SaaS, startup or high-growth environments
• Strong technical understanding to assess technical candidates and communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with varied requirements and timelines
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS; strong data hygiene
• Proven sourcing expertise including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive engagement, AI, and market mapping
• Track record of credibility with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in ambiguous or complex challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Collaborative mindset and inclusive team-building
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand priorities and develop search strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Tech and G&A
• Recruit for Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, People, Legal, Operations, and other business-critical teams
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with varied skill sets and timelines
• Build pipelines through sourcing, LinkedIn, Boolean search, GEM, networking, referrals, AI, and market mapping
• Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers with regular updates and insights
• Manage expectations and develop structured interview practices
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up
• Use recruiting data and ATS insights to measure progress and guide decisions
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and uphold data-quality standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, and leaders to support evolving hiring needs
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Talent team and recruiting programs
