Phreesia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering with HR and executives to fill senior and specialized roles. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data-informed decisions, and a best-in-class candidate experience in a remote New York Metro context.

You’ll mentor other recruiters, shape search strategy, and stay ahead of trends and AI-enabled tools to continuously raise the bar for talent acquisition at Phreesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for senior or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across North America—from sourcing to closing.
• Shape search strategy with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Partner with senior leaders, presenting market insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach other recruiters to share best practices.
• Advise on compensation trends and interview approaches in ambiguous hires.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and AI-enabled tools; lead process improvements.
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience and reflect Phreesia’s brand.
• Keep stakeholders informed with proactive, transparent communication.
• Use recruiting data to drive decisions and improve results.
• Support consistency through scorecards and timely feedback in Workday.
