Strategic Association Solutions (SAS) is a fully remote company seeking a Senior re:Members/Impexium Analyst. You will analyze, configure, and support AMS/CRM and CMS solutions for nonprofit associations, guiding clients through requirements, testing, and project execution.

The role emphasizes business analysis, technology implementation, and strong documentation, with a remote US-based work setup and collaboration across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst focusing on re:Members/Impexium.
3+ years with AMS or CRM systems; re:Members/Impexium favored.
CMS experience with WordPress or Drupal.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate technical and functional requirements from clients.
Translate client needs into actionable system requirements.
Evaluate functions and features of client systems; address gaps.
Implement and configure systems per requirements.
Test systems against requirements and document deviations.
Follow project plans and report progress to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for business process improvement.
