Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Configure platform settings, workflows, and options to meet client requirements and ensure successful go-live.
• Guide client teams by sharing best practices and aligning workflow approaches with platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and repeatable processes.
• Document configurations and decisions to support post-implementation transitions.
