three+one seeks a Senior Business Development Officer to grow our public-sector footprint across multiple states. You will own the territory, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive new business for our treasury and liquidity solutions.

The role is remote or based in Rochester, NY, with up to 25% travel. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 plus performance-based commission and higher on-target earnings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus seven years of work experience; Master’s preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant sales experience in public sector or similar.
• Proven record of selling to local government, higher education, or public entities.

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close within a public sector territory.
• Develop territory strategy using market data and public budgeting cycles.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and forecast with visibility.
