SmartCOP Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our national public sector growth.

You will head a multi-disciplinary team of Sales Representatives, Product Consultants, and Sales Support staff to win enterprise CAD/RMS/JMS solutions and drive aggressive growth across the United States. The role requires senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS, a proven record of closing large, long-cycle deals with government clients, and the ability to recruit and scale top performers.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS with revenue targets.
• Enterprise sales success closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and scale sales and pre-sales teams.
• Experience selling to government or regulated public sector.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engine by mentoring a diverse sales and technical team.
• Own the New Name sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Transform go-to-market strategy into measurable results.
