Harness is seeking a Professional Services Engagement Manager to accelerate customers' software delivery transformations. You will bridge Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams, shaping engagements and ensuring measurable outcomes on the Harness platform.

Remote within the U.S., travel up to 25%. You will lead scoping, discovery, proposals, pricing, and SOWs, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Delivery teams to drive bookings and customer value while

Competenze

5+ years in technical sales or professional services.
5+ years in management or technical lead roles.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, and SDLC best practices.
Experience scoping complex engagements, developing proposals, and authoring SOWs.

Mansioni

Lead scoping sessions, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.
Develop and present professional services proposals, pricing, and SOWs.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation Engineering, Technical Program Managers, and delivery partners.
Forecast bookings and drive margin targets.
Identify services opportunities and coach stakeholders on service offerings.
