Job summary

CRC Benefits is seeking a high-performing Sales Support Representative, Sr. to partner with the Sales organization and lead proposal development and quoting operations remotely from home.

You will own end-to-end RFPs, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with carriers to secure quotes while maintaining branding and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• 4+ years in a proposal development, quoting, or sales support role (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools (required)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP process with timely, accurate proposals
• Pull rates and benefit info from quoting tools and format data into proposals
• Coordinate with carrier partners to obtain quotes and manage follow-ups
• Act as SME for quoting, carrier options, and benefit comparisons
• Serve as primary contact for escalated quoting issues and resolve promptly
• Create, format, and maintain proposal documents aligned with branding and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with sales to tailor proposals to client needs
• Maintain data accuracy in pricing and benefit data for proposals
• Handle multiple proposals in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Support Sales Operations with admin tasks and document management
