Job summary

OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced RFP Consultant to coordinate and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and related questionnaires. You will partner with leadership, sales, product, and SMEs to develop tailored responses, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality submissions.

The role offers remote work with occasional in-office requirements, exposure to compensation ranges, and opportunities to optimize proposal content across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 4-6 years in proposal management or RFP response.
• 4+ years of work experience; industry/RFP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires.
• Gather, organize and synthesize information from internal resources.
• Develop clear, accurate responses communicating products and value.
• Manage proposal timelines and milestones to ensure on-time submissions.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to understand opportunity requirements.
