Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field and experience in national/major or public sector proposals.
• Proven ability to lead complex RFPs for large national employer groups.
• Strong ability to quickly review solicitations and extract pertinent information.
• Experience supporting highly customized proposal responses tailored to clients.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, organize, and package responses to RFPs under stringent deadlines.
• Coordinate kick-off proposal meetings and ensure key players understand roles.
• Interact with SMEs and internal departments to gather information for proposals.
• Support sales staff with questions about products, processes, and policies.
