Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Proposal Associate to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on managing proposal and budget processes, analyzing RFIs/RFPs, and supporting negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to content development while maintaining deadlines and high-quality output. This position offers flexibility to work remotely with global scheduling considerations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and Labcorp senior management
• Knowledge of proposal management software applications (e.g., Salesforce.com, Proposal Automation applications) is preferred
• Demonstrated text editing and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Supports or manages all aspects of the appropriate proposal/budget process for all levels of complexity for assigned opportunities
• Analyzes RFI and/or RFP documents to assist in identifying missing information for budget, proposal and/or RFI response preparation
• Shadow or manage strategic and operational calls related to the opportunity
• Administratively supports facilitating internal and external opportunity management negotiations including pricing, process, resources, timelines
• Support client-facing and senior management-facing activities surrounding assigned opportunities, including preparation and meetings
• Escalates issues/challenges to Manager for advice on resolution
• Performs timely and accurate data entry into databases/systems
• Contributes to content library updates and process improvements
• Develops knowledge of technical and regulatory environments
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
• Completes other appropriate duties, as assigned by the manager
