Job summary

BBCH Support Services, LLC is expanding its proposal team and seeks a motivated proposal specialist to manage the full bid lifecycle. You will collaborate across departments, gather data, and produce compliant, compelling proposals for federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related course of study.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing bids, writing proposals, grants, or similar documents with deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal bidding processes.
• Minimum 2 years of RFP/RFQ experience in construction/civil/restoration/environmental sectors.
• Experience with proposal management software such as Monday.com or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full bid lifecycle from pre-qualification to contract award.
• Oversee non-complex federal and commercial proposal development.
• Prepare polished bid packages with required documentation.
• Coordinate data collection with internal and external stakeholders (teaming partners).
• Develop accurate proposal content aligned with RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with departments and SMEs; edit and format proposal documents.
• Draft and update personnel resumes; maintain bid records and databases.
• Support senior staff in complex proposal development; work with estimators on bid strategies.
