Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Proposal Associate to join our team. The role involves managing proposal and budget processes, analyzing RFIs/RFPs, and supporting negotiations for opportunities in a global health science context.

You will support client-facing and senior management activities, ensure timely data entry, and contribute to process improvements while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Clinical research, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with proposal management tools preferred.
• Ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports or manages all aspects of the proposal/budget process for assigned opportunities.
• Analyzes RFI and/or RFP documents to identify missing information for budget, proposal, and/or RFP response preparation.
• Supports follow-up with appropriate contact for additional information as required.
• Shadow or manage strategic and operational calls related to the opportunity.
• Facilitates internal and external opportunity management negotiations as needed.
• Supports client-facing and senior management-facing activities surrounding opportunities, including meetings.
• Escalates issues to Manager for resolution.
• Performs timely data entry into databases/systems as directed.
• Contributes to content library and process improvements.
• Develops knowledge of regulatory environments.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
