You will lead investigations, assess coverage, and collaborate with legal, underwriting, vendors, and agents to determine validity and value, while maintaining detailed claim records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; typically 8+ years of industry experience.
• Industry designation relevant to the role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate highly complex field property service claims, including CAT responses.
• Handle estimates on structures averaging $200-300k and claims up to $500k.
• Lead investigations, assess coverage, and issue documentation including reservation of rights and coverage letters.
