Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Remote Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for EPC, Design-Build and CMAR projects, focusing on power delivery and water infrastructure. You will manage multiple concurrent schedules, ensuring integration, reporting, and alignment with cost and resource loading.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in resource- and cost-loaded scheduling, strong CPM/LSM skills, and experience with high-voltage capital projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing resource- and cost-loaded schedules with earned value metrics.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling, updating and reporting.
• Experience in high voltage, EPC or large capital projects such as oil/gas, water/wastewater, aviation.

Responsibilities

• Develop LSM and CPM schedules from initial concepts to master project schedules.
• Collaborate with pursuit leaders, engineers, estimators, procurement specialists, suppliers and trade contractors to baseline and update schedules.
• Create and maintain alignment between work breakdown structure and financial breakdown structure.
• Develop cost- and resource-loaded schedules and generate cash flow curves with KPIs.
• Support risk management by identifying schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Produce clear, concise schedule reports and presentations for stakeholders.
