Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, using P6 software and CPM best practices. The role requires mentoring junior schedulers, coordinating with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams, and travel to job sites to gain hands-on understanding.

The position is remote with periodic travel to job sites across the South Central and Midwest Regions.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 software and MS Office tools.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Attend project meetings to gather updates and address issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path changes.
• Perform what-if analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain delay logs and track LD exposure with reports.
