Job summary

Actalent in Columbus, OH is seeking a Remote Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR projects, with focus on power delivery and water infrastructure.

You will develop LSM and CPM schedules, baseline and align WBS with financial breakdowns, and report KPI metrics to support execution. This permanent, fully remote role offers strong growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing resource- and cost-loaded schedules with earned value experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for scheduling, updating, and reporting.
• Experience scheduling EPC/high-voltage or large capital projects (oil/gas, water/wastewater, aviation).
• Knowledge of LSM and CPM techniques; ability to align WBS with financial breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Develop LSM and CPM schedules, including initial development and master schedules with cost-loaded resources.
• Collaborate with pursuit/project teams to baseline and update schedules using multiple formats and tools.
• Maintain alignment between WBS and financial breakdowns for pursuits and projects.
• Develop cash flow curves and integrate earned value metrics into schedule reporting.
• Support risk management by identifying schedule risks and mitigation plans.
• Conduct time impact analyses to assess delays and their effects on timelines.
