Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to oversee complex, high-impact initiatives remotely in the U.S. The role requires leading diverse teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and guiding stakeholders through critical decisions.

You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across departments, leveraging Agile or hybrid methodologies and modern PM tools. Travel up to 10–25% may be required, with competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multi-stakeholders and budgets (e.g., $1M+)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to IT, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects by developing charters, scope, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Use MS Project/Jira/Trello to track milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage risks, changes, and budgets; drive continuous improvement.
