Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while navigating budgets and timelines.

The role requires expertise in project management methodologies, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across programs. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• MBA or similar discipline highly desirable.
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute complex projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, budgets, and schedules; report status to leadership.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote PM standards.
