Astreya is seeking a skilled program leader to drive complex IT third-party initiatives across governance, vendor management, and labor programs. You will coordinate across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed with data-driven insights.
The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority, in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support IT third-party strategy execution, ensuring alignment across contract governance, vendor management, labor programs, and financial oversight activities. Serves as a central coordination point across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, delivery teams, and external partners, managing interdependencies and driving progress to achieve program objectives. Establishes and maintains operating cadence, including tracking milestones, risks, decisions, and action items to ensure consistent execution and accountability across multiple workstreams. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting effective collaboration and alignment across the third-party ecosystem. Monitors program performance, including financials, budgets, and key metrics, and provides clear, data-driven insights into variances, risks, and opportunities. Communicates program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including preparing concise, executive-ready updates and materials. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, governance, and operating models, including recommending enhancements to third-party management practices and standards. Provides guidance and informal leadership to team members and stakeholders, helping align work to strategic priorities and reinforcing consistent execution practices.

Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing. Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment. Must be able to use a computer. Must have the ability to communicate effectively. Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Salary Range $80,640.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)
Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
