Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or EPC execution.
• Minimum 8 years leading large procurement organizations.
• Experience leading managers and developing leadership teams.
• Experience with complex global, matrix organizations and large industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional procurement strategy aligned with growth.
• Lead an organization of ~30 procurement professionals through Team Leaders.
• Drive supplier performance management and risk mitigation.
• Oversee procurement execution, documentation, and closeout.
• Governance, ethics, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
