Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to own end-to-end project management for supply chain development initiatives, including transformation, expansion, and transfers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver results aligned with SQDC goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to global senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%.
• Excellent communication across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business cases to support initiatives and relate to business challenges.
• Exercise control over large-scale inter-business projects and budgets.
• Interact cross-functionally with leadership (CEO, CFO, Supply Chain Leader, HR BP, VP Eng, CIO).
• Create and deploy enterprise tollgate standards, checklists and post-mortems.
• Establish goals and program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability and reliability.
• Provide project leadership to commercial, product, engineering and interfacing teams.
• Ensure participation from required functional teams and effective collaboration.
• Communicate and influence partnership programs and relationships.
• Champion GE Vernova Way and Sustainability Framework in development practices.
