Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Power Conversion and Storage projects from planning through closure. You will own financial performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction while coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation.

You will act as the primary customer interface, driving cross-functional collaboration and project governance to ensure high-quality, compliant execution. Occasional travel and remote coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience as Project Manager leading mid to large customer projects in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience leading teams with project scope within Electrical & Automation systems.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 and SAP for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project execution and lead project resources for medium to large projects with equipment-only, suites of products, or full turnkey systems.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to meet scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, building trust and managing expectations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Manage daily project operations and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Own financial performance including revenue, margins, costs, and cash collection.
• Lead regular project reviews, financials, and progress updates with stakeholders and customers.
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
• Prepare and deliver structured communications, kick-off, status, risk, and close-out documents.
• Identify and escalate risks to protect customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Lead process improvements within the Project Management team.
