Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, and/or Sourcing.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior global stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated change leadership in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy across GE Vernova businesses.
• Identify and unlock structural value opportunities (cost, growth, resilience, margin expansion).
• Influence CEO/ELT-level decisions with data-backed, system-level insights.
• Partner on cross-functional initiatives to deploy the strategy framework.
• Develop financial models and capacity planning for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy on Voice of Customer processes.
• Create and present business cases highlighting trade-offs (capex, capacity, risk).
• Deploy standard work for market opportunities and capabilities.
• Project manage strategic initiatives as needed.
• Create standard capability matrix for global supply chain.
• Identify strategic sites for growth and capital allocation.
