Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end management for supply chain development initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and interact with senior leaders across the organization to drive SQDC results.

You will develop business cases, establish goals, and ensure consistent governance through tollgates and standard methodologies while guiding improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to global senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business cases to support initiatives and relate them to business needs.
• Provide executive-level project oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and deploy enterprise project tollgates and standard work across supply chain projects.
• Set goals and direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability, and reliability results.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams and stakeholder interactions.
