Job summary

Peoplelift is hiring a Senior Project Manager for Telecommunications & Low Voltage Systems. This is a fully remote, full-time, W-2 role. You will own end-to-end delivery of data-center telecom and low-voltage projects across the United States from a home office.

Responsibilities include leading field crews and subcontractors, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety and client relations, with ~30% travel to job sites. You will enforce applicable codes and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible project management in telecommunications or low-voltage systems.
• Experience delivering multi-site programs and large-value projects.
• Ability to read construction documents and interpret drawings and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from estimate validation to closeout.
• Travel up to 30% nationwide for pre-construction surveys and site walks.
• Direct field supervisors and subcontractors remotely with on-site visits as needed.
• Manage labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, and forecasts.
• Provide regular client status reports, risk logs, and look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEC, NFPA codes and safety programs.
