Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lifecycle Project Manager- Power & Energy (Remote) to lead PM activities for transmission, substation, and telecomm projects in a dynamic program. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety while mentoring junior staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to travel to client or office locations as needed. Location is remote with periodic in-person engagements in Utah and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field in Power & Energy.
• 7+ years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery, transmission, substation, or related infra.
• Demonstrated PM experience on medium to large transmission/substation projects for electric utility clients.
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel to client or office locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple large transmission and substation projects.
• Provide senior PM oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and procurement.
• Engage clients, manage relationships, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Develop integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resources, QA/QC, and governance practices.
