Job summary

Federated Service Solutions is seeking a Project Manager- Technology Infrastructure & Low Voltage to lead and drive multiple complex deployment projects from initiation through closeout.

The role focuses on technology infrastructure, low voltage, structured cabling, fiber optics, and related deployments, serving as the main contact for customers, field technicians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering technology infrastructure or low voltage projects.
• Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Quickbase, Smartsheet, Voyager or similar systems.
• Experience working directly with field technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning, organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, field resources, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Maintain project margins and KPIs.
• Exceed customer SLA and ensure a 24-hour response time.
